This is where cloning all started! The kit is based on a JTM45 amp from the 60's, which is itself an amp based very closely on the Tweed Bassman amp. Used on way too many recordings to keep up with, this kit will give you all the classic rock and blues tones from the 60's and 70's

We have tried to make the options above flexible enough to build the exact amp you want, but if you want some small differences please let us know, Our recommendation are as follows

• High Spec: Sozo Coupling Caps, F&T Filters, KT66 Power Valves, Carbon film Resistors
• Good Spec: Mallory Coupling Caps, Modulus Filter caps, KT66 Power Valves, Carbon film Resistors
• Budget Spec: Yellow Modulus Coupling caps, Modulus Filter Caps, 6L6 Power Valves, Carbon film Resistors

If you select to include valves we typically supply JJ Electronic valves with this kit and TAD KT66's

You can also select your faceplate colour and knobs, we make faceplate's to order so if you have any special requirements let us know and we will see what we can do to help.

Our transformers are the highest quality and the output transformer is based directly off the original RS transformer, with the same imperial winding pattern and uses high grade, grain oreintated laminations.

Cabinets are made to order and we will ship the complete kit with the cabinet. It is cheaper to buy the cabinet with the kit compared to purchasing it later.

Parts will be picked once the order is received and generally shipped within 3 to 10 working days from receipt of order. We try to keep all parts in stock to satisfy kit orders, however if there are part shortages that will take longer than 2 weeks we will contact you within 3 working days of placing the order, Please contact me for estimated shipping times prior to ordereing if concerned.

Cabinets are made to order and shipped separately, dispatch times are typically 2 to 4 weeks for cabinets.
