Small Box Amp Chassis - Aluminium

This chassis is perfect for building JCM800 type circuits into a head style unit and the overall dimensions will allow it to be fitted into a small head box cabinet.

It could also be used for building just about any octal power stage type design into a head cabinet including other Marshall Circuits, Trainwreck Express and derivatives, most AX84 Circuits etc

There are 4 holes for 8 pin sockets, allowing 100W amps to be built into the chassis!

Any unused holes can be neatly blanked off with silver blanking plates available in the store.

There are no transformer holes drilled so that you can use any transformer set you prefer. Using stand up style transformers will give maximum space to work with inside the chassis.

Valve socket holes are sized for the high quality Belton sockets.

The front panel holes are sizes for 8mm type potentiometers with location holes to prevent the potentiometer turning, this removes the requirement to break the location tab off the potentiometer to get them to fit.

The overall chassis sizes are the same as a JTM45 type chassis, however we have folded the mounting lips inwards which creates more space inside the chassis to work with. The nominal chassis sizes are:

• Height:65mm

PLEASE NOTE: The chassis comes with a poly coat covering which will prevent scratching when drilling, when removing the poly coat there will be a slight residue where the chassis has been laser cut that can easily be cleaned off with a white spirit or isopropyl alchohol cleaner
