We accept payment by Credit Card, Paypal, Google Checkout , Direct Bank Transfer and Cheque.

However you want to pay, we must receive payment of the whole of the price of the goods order and Postage and Packaging before your order can be accepted. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

Customers can choose to pay by personal cheque. We can only process cheques denominated in pounds Sterling and drawn on an UK bank. Please Contact us first to arrange payment details:

Customers should note that orders placed by cheque would only be sent to the customer once the cheque has cleared. Therefore, orders may be delayed by 8 to 10 days.

Is the checkout secure/Safe for entering Credit Card details?
The final checkout operation is conducted on a secure server. This is indicated by a change in the address bar to "HTTPS://" where the "S" indicates Secure server.

Alternatively you may call us and give credit card details over the phone and I can process the payment directly through the bank website.


Cost Calculation
Website Delivery Charges are based on item weight, There is a continual improvement on products to ensure the item weight and therefore the postage and packing charges are inline with actual costs. Postage and packaging prices are not set to make any profit from postage and packaging services.

Recorded Delivery
The option is available though the drop down menu at checkout to have parcels sent with the requirement that delivery is recorded.
Please use this service where delivery is required to shared accommodation, or areas where the parcels are at a high risk of being lost/stolen.

Any Delivery to any student accommodation must be sent by Recorded Delivery.

Delivery Times
Items will be shipped as soon as possible (normally 1 – 3 working days) and should arrive within the following timescales:
1. UK Mainland (1-5 days depending on service selected)
2. Europe (5-10 days depending on service selected)
3. USA (5-10 days depending on service selected)

These are not Guarantied Delivery Times. If you require a guaranteed delivery please contact me first so that we can discuss the options.

You will become owner of the goods on delivery to you. Once the goods have been delivered, you will hold them at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss, damage or destruction.

If you ask for items to be shipped to an address that is not the same as your payment card billing address, or if you any of your payment details are not verifiable, then additional delays may occur as we carry out further checks. This is to protect our customers from card fraud.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our product, simply follow the directions below to return the order within 14 days of receipt and we will promptly process your request and refund your money. Cancellations, returns and refunds

(c) combine goods with other goods after delivery so that they become inseparable.

Orders delivered to outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes when they reach their destination. You will be responsible for paying any such import duties and taxes.
